Counder & Friends takes place during Counder Conference week. Throughout the day, Partners open their doors — events and activities across the city, each shaped by its host, each adding new perspectives to the conversation. By evening, everyone converges at the Counder & Friends Celebration: Members, Partners, their Guests, and Friends — all together.
The conference is curated to 500. Counder & Friends is where collective understanding opens up — reaching further through the Partners and Members who bring new people into the community.

Counder Conference is invite-only and built around the unconference format, held to a maximum of 500 Counder members. The perfect scale for people to shape the programme, the discussions, and genuinely get to know each other. Each year, we accept a small number of self-applications to join as Mission Partners.
About Mission Partners
Mission Partners sustain the curation, the experience, and the quality of the gathering for everyone. As an approved applicant, you commit to a €2,500 Mission Partner contribution, invoiced upon acceptance.
